Diplomats run from Israeli bullets in West Bank

Israel's military has apologised after a group of diplomats came under fire and had to run for cover in the occupied West Bank.
The "regional, European and Western represetatives" were on official mission to observe the humanitarian situation in Jenin when shots rang out.
The visit had been approved by Israel, but the IDF say the the delegation "deviated from the approved route".
The group were being briefed by the Palestinian Authority at the time of the shooting.
