Queen's College in Causeway Bay reported several students were suspected of being involved in a cheating incident during a history exam.
The school noted it will take the matter seriously and impose strict penalties on those involved.
Queen's College notified parents on Tuesday that a number of form two students were suspected of cheating during a Chinese history exam held at the end of last month.
A student witness said many of those involved in the incident would blatantly shout out answers and chat with fellow students during the exam.
Several even reportedly copied answers straight out of their textbooks.
The school said the exam scores of the affected class will not be incorporated into those of the next school year.
