Vintage double-decker bus returns to Choi Hung bus terminus

A vintage double-decker bus made a brief return to the Choi Hung bus terminus this afternoon, drawing dozens of bus enthusiasts and photographers.
The AEC Regent V bus, once a mainstay of Kowloon KMB fleet, can carry up to 114 passengers. Known for its bulky frame, green seats and a lack of air conditioning, it was retired in the 1980s. At its peak, over 200 units were in service.
Today, only three remain worldwide in Hong Kong, the UK and Australia.
