Financial Secretary Paul Chan said the government will continue to promote tourism in the city.
On his weekly blog, Chan says Hong Kong has many attractions, such as Victoria Harbour's spectacular scenery.
In the budget, the government mentioned the development of the area around Hung Hom station, turning into a new harbourfront landmark. Chan says authorities will enhance the usage of all harbourfronts in the future, aiming to provide more leisure options for residents.
