A man is arrested in relation to death of a woman in Mong Kok

A 42 year-old man was arrested on the suspicion of murder after a woman died at Royal Plaza Hotel in Mong Kok on Friday.
Police received a report on Friday that a 46 year-old woman was found unconscious in a hotel room. She was sent to Kwong Wah Hospital and was later pronounced dead.
Sources say the deceased attended an event with the suspect and another woman in the room on Thursday evening. The victim took drugs during the event.
The accompanying woman was frightened and called the police early on Friday morning after discovering the man had attacked the victim's head and face with a porcelain tissue box. The police arrested the man in Mong Kok. The man admitted that he had slapped the deceased.
