Central pier was packed with tourists on the third day of the mainland's Golden Week holiday.
A long queue formed outside the ferris wheel at Central pier, long before it was even open. Tour buses were also popular.
The five-day Golden Week holiday began on Thursday. The Immigration Department recorded more than 480,000 mainland arrivials in the city on the first two days of the break.
