U.S. airstrike on migrant detention centre in Yemen leaves 68 dead

Yemen's Houthi group alleged a U.S. airstrike hit a detention centre holding migrants, killing at least 68 people and injuring 47.
Rescue workers ploughed through the wreckage in search of survivors. Most of the injured individuals have been rushed to hospitals nearby for treatment.
The detention centre in the northern Saada province was razed to the ground in the air raid which took place in the early hours of Monday. Multiple African illegal immigrants are believed to have been killed or injured.
Houthis condemned the U.S. troops for attacking the detention centre monitored by the International Organization for Migration and the Red Cross. The U.S. military said it was investigating.
