Cityline starts exchanging misprinted Coldplay tickets

Coldplay fans holding misprinted tickets can from today obtain replacement tickets at designated outlets.
A printing error means thousands of tickets to see the British rock band are invalid. Ticketing platform Cityline will soon announce details of a postal delivery service for exchanging tickets. The Consumer Council says it has received 25 complaints.
Cityline has set up nine redemption centres: seven in Hong Kong and two in the mainland. Ticketholders need a claim ID and password to receive a new ticket.
A father who swapped a ticket on behalf of his son said the whole process took him half an hour because he did not know the password.
Cityline has uploaded a video on social media apologising for the inconvenience caused. Secretary for Culture, Sports and Tourism Rosanna Law said the government will monitor the situation and called on Cityline to provide an explanation to the public.
