The Competition Commission has raided 11 premises of IT service and equipment suppliers suspected of bid-rigging.
They allegedly submitted VR equipment quotations to schools and non-profit organisations, involving contracts worth about 10 million dollars.
The watchdog launched the operations yesterday.
The companies are required to submit documents, and attend the Commission's hearings.
This after the watchdog received complaints, alleging some IT service providers engaged in anti-competitive conduct, including preparing tenders for other suppliers to submit cover-up bids.
More investigations are underway.
