World's 1st embodied intelligence theme park in Zhuhai with 300 robots

The world's first embodied-intelligence theme park has opened in Zhuhai. Three hundred robots are introduced into the park to interact with visitors.

In this theme park in Hengqin, Zhuhai, a robot descends from the sky, then shows off its signature move.

This ocean-themed tourist attraction has newly introduced 300 robots to create the world's first embodied-intelligence theme park, with these "kids" serving as tour guides.

Visitors can also compete with robots, at various games, even at pitch-pot.

Spanish tourist CELESTE: "I've never seen a robot like this, any robot like this. Yes, I'm so happy. It's so incredible. They are almost perfect."

The company developing the robots says because there are many children in the park, it places special emphasis on safety in the design.

This person in charge explains that the robots can autonomously avoid obstacles.

For example, if a slight collision occurs, it can stop moving immediately.

The park operator will collect data based on the park's environment, then use the data to further improve the models.

The state has positioned Hengqin as an international leisure tourism island.

The group to which the park belongs says the tourism industry must move with the times to remain competitive.

Jiang Minling, Vice President of Chimelong Group says that in the culture and tourism industry, the guests' consumption tastes are undergoing huge changes.

With the swift development in fields such as artificial intelligence and robotics, they must lead changes in trends.

Visitors can play table tennis with the robots here. The park said it will continue to increase the number of robots in the future.
