63% students with reviewed DSE results receive better JUPAS offers

The Joint University Programmes Admissions System or JUPAS released its Reconsideration of Application results for candidates who have applied for a review of their results at the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Exam.

287 students -- representing 63 percent of the applicants -- have received offers or are admitted to higher-ranked programmes.

That marks a year-on-year increase of around 5 percentage point.

83 candidates who failed to secure an offer in the main round are admitted to bachelor's degree programmes.
