Water pipes burst in North Point and Tsuen Wan

Water pipes burst in multiple locations in recent months. The latest involved nearly a thousand households at Harbour Heights in North Point.

The Water Supplies Department is striving to restore water supply by 10 p.m. tonight.

A water pipe burst at a construction site beside Kwok Shui Road in Tsuen Wan. The Water Supplies Department said a 450 mm diameter water pipe was suspected to have been damaged by nearby works.

Two nearby office buildings will temporarily suspend water supply until noon tomorrow.
