Board fall struck father-daughter duo in TST

A protective board on the exterior wall in Tsim Sha Tsui struck two passersby this afternoon.The injured -- a father and daughter duo -- have been sent to hospital.

The accident happened around 12:30 p.m. on Canton Road in Tsim Sha Tsui.

The shop involved was undergoing exterior wall repairs.

Dismantling efforts of the remaining hoarding continued.

The daughter -- who sustained injuries to the feet and father were both conscious while being sent to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment.
