Next Independent Committee hearing on Wang Fuk Court fire is on July 15

The Independent Committee on the Wang Fuk Court fire will hold its sixth hearing later this month.

The sixth hearing consists of three sessions, which will be held from the 15th to the 17th at the City Gallery in Central, where closing arguments will be presented.

Starting next week, the public can select and register for their preferred sessions online. Hearings have been conducted since March, with five rounds totaling twenty-seven sessions.

The committee said that after the sixth round, no further hearings will be necessary. The committee will continue to process a large volume of written testimony and other received information, as well as writing reports.
