4-vehicle crash on Shenzhen Bay Bridge leaves multiple injured

The traffic accident occurred on the Shenzhen Bay Bridge. At around 2 p.m., in the Hong Kong Port area of the bridge, three taxis and a private car collided.

The private car was flipped upside down and was leaking oil. Reports indicate that at least four people were injured. Among them, two taxi drivers suffered head injuries and neck pain respectively, while another person sustained abrasions to their limbs.

Some lanes on the road from Shenzhen Bay Bridge to the Shenzhen Bay Boundary Control Point were temporarily closed. The Transport Department urged the public to use alternative border crossings. By around 5 p.m., authorities say the road had been reopened.
