Landforms look like mutton rolls in Gansu

In Dongxiang County, Gansu Province, many Danxia landforms resemble distinct "mutton rolls" when viewed from above.

Erosion by water and wind has created striped textures on the rock surfaces; iron oxide forms red stripes, while calcium deposits create a grayish-white color.
