Hong Kong govt issues red travel alert for DRC over ebola

In response to the Ebola outbreak in Africa, the Hong Kong government has issued a red travel alert for the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Travel to the country is advised to be avoided unless absolutely necessary.
The government stresses that no confirmed cases of Ebola have been recorded locally.
