9 residential land plots will be put on sale by gov't in coming fiscal year

Nine residential land plots will be put on sale in the coming fiscal year, providing a total of 6,650 flats.

Together with the private and MTR projects, this year will see some 22,000 units, with most of them in the New Territories.

The government will sell nine residential sites in 2026/27. Seven are located in the New Territories. Three land parcels in the Hung Shui Kiu / Ha Tsuen New Development Area will provide 3,120 units.

They also include two sites in Shek Mun, one in Sai Kung and another in Tung Chung.

On Hong Kong Island, a plot at Cape Road in Stanley is expected to provide 640 units.
