Foreign Minister Wang Yi and the U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio met in Munich.

Rubio and Wang shook hands before the two delegations sat opposite each other in a hotel conference room in Munich.

This was the second in-person encounter between Rubio and Wang after the U.S. President Donald Trump took office.

The meeting lasted about an hour.
