On the evening of Lunar New Year's day, a night parade will be held in Tsim Sha Tsui.
12 floats made their first public appearance today.
These floats, including one from Cathay Pacific, were parked near the Hung Hom waterfront for rehearsal.
In celebration of the Year of the Horse, many of this year's parade floats feature horse-related decorations.
They include some from the Hong Kong Jockey Club and the Hong Kong Tourism Board.
For the first time, the Lam Tsuen Well-Wishing Festival will also take part in the show.
Cartoon characters such as Mickey and Minnie Mouse from Disneyland, and pandas from Ocean Park will also be there.
The parade will begin at 8 pm on the first day of the Lunar New Year on February 17th.
The floats, along with 46 performance teams, will depart from the Hong Kong Cultural Centre in Tsim Sha Tsui, and will pass through Canton Road and Nathan Road in a parade that will run for nearly two hours.
If you miss the parade, you can also catch the floats in locations such as the Kai Tak Sports Park and Lam Tsuen later.
