Hong Kong has risen five places to rank 12th globally in the 2025 Corruption Perceptions Index, released by Transparency International.
This marks one of the city's most significant leaps since the index was first introduced in 1995.
Regionally, Hong Kong maintains its status as the second-cleanest territory in Asia, trailing Singapore.
The ICAC said the result proves Hong Kong's rule of law is rock solid and effectively combats corruption.
