The 10th Singapore Airshow opened on Tuesday, and some of China's top aviation products participated in the event.

The J-10C fighters of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Air Force's Bayi Aerobatic Team made their flight-performance debut on the opening day.

China-made COMAC C919 also took to the sky.

The narrow-body commercial jet had previously appeared at the Singapore Airshow in 2024.

The organiser of the Airshow said there is increased participation at this aviation showcase from China.

LECK CHET LAM, Managing Director of Experia Events: "I think that's a growing interest of China to promote their products and latest technologies. We are also seeing increased participation from China, even from the SMEs, they are coming in. So I think that's a very positive development and I think that ties in with Singapore Airshow."
