More than 100 deaths in US due to massive storm which is now moving south

The massive winter storm that has hit the U.S. eastern states in recent days is now taking aim at the south.

Brutal temperatures have so far resulted in more than 100 deaths as parts of the Carolinas have seen more than a foot of snow.
