Wang Fuk Court fire death toll climbs to 168

Secretary for Security Chris Tang says the death toll at the Wang Fuk Court fire climbs to 168.

To respect the will of the deceased's family, Tang says there won't be a list identifying the fatalities from the blaze for now.
