The old Yau Ma Tei Police Station is open to visitors by reservation starting today. All tickets for today and tomorrow have already been taken up.
The exhibition opens at 9:00 AM for the first batch of visitors.
The exhibition features four main scenes: a theater, a time tunnel, "officer's room," and a detention room.
The scenes are modeled after police stations from the 1970s and 80s, with specially designed sound and lighting to create a cinematic atmosphere.
Tickets are not sold on-site; the public must book tickets online. Tickets cost HK$30 for adults. Each session lasts 25 minutes and is limited to a maximum of 20 people.
Some tourists only found out they needed to make a reservation upon arrival, while others hoped to extend the visit time.
