The Medical Council announced it will review its decision to terminate a disciplinary inquiry into a paediatrician who involved in an alleged medical incident in 2009.
In 2009, a mainland wife travelled to Hong Kong to give birth to her son, who was born incapacitated for life.
The couple filed a complaint against the doctors involved, but the case has dragged on for 15 years.
The review will be held in the afternoon of November 22.
