Jiangmen, Guangdong logs 6,000+ chikungunya cases since Sep 20

Since September 20th, Jiangmen of Guangdong province has logged more than 6,000 cases of chikungunya fever.

The city has ratcheted up mosquito control work. Some universities use drones and AI recognition tech

to improve efficiency.

Multiple cities in Guangdong have also issued announcements reminding the public to step up mosquito control efforts after the long holiday.
