Russia and China leaders to meet in Shenzhen this month

Kremlin confirms Russian and Chinese leaders will meet in Shenzhen this month.

Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov confirmed on Tuesday that Russia is preparing for a meeting between President Vladimir Putin

and President Xi Jinping during Putin's visit to Shenzhen on the 18th of this month to attend the APEC summit.

The meeting will focus on bilateral relations. Peskov empathised that Russia eagerly anticipates the meeting between the two heads of state.

Xi previously stated the two countries should set an example of major power relations and make every effort to consolidate and maintain overall cooperation.
