Dog attacks man in Yuen Long warehouse

A 25-year-old man reported that three dogs chased him inside a warehouse at the junction of Pok Wai Road and Pok Wai West Road in Yuen Long at around 8am this morning.

One of the dogs bit his left leg.

He suffered minor injuries and was sent to Pok Oi Hospital for treatment.

It is understood the victim was a staff member of the Cheung Hing Logistics warehouse.

He was at work when a 6-year-old female mongrel bit him.

The Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department later took the dog away for examination.

Following a suspected fatal dog attack near Pok Wai South Road and Kam Pok Road last month, the department visited the area for several days to catch unattended dogs.

They also distributed leaflets to warehouses to remind people to properly control their dogs.
