Starlink restored after a week of disruptions

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Saturday that speed restrictions on Starlink satellite communications had been lifted restoring service to levels needed for frontline operations and drone warfare. Ukraine's defence minister said the restrictions had disrupted frontline operations for more than a week.

Meanwhile the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported Sunday that at least four people were injured following a Russian drone attack in Kharkiv. According to local authorities, a shopping centre in the Osnovianskyi district of the city and a civilian enterprise in the industrial district were damaged.

Elsewhere in Ukraine, at least six people were injured in a Russian strike on residential building in Vinnytsia.
