Controversy is again spiking over the nation's premier cultural landmark, the The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.

The Kennedy Center's board has voted to add President Donald Trump's name back on to the Center's facade, and close it down for two years for renovation work.

A federal judge in Boston has dismissed a Trump administration lawsuit that accused Harvard University of ignoring the harassment of Jewish students.

The judge said the administration focused mostly on incidents that were "too isolated and episodic" to prove a persistent civil rights violation.

Three executions are scheduled to be carried out in the U.S. on Thursday, marking a first since 2010.

All three are being done through lethal injections.
