Water pipe burst in Happy Valley fixed after 8 hours of repair

A water pipe burst on Broadwood Road in Happy Valley. After eight hours of overnight repairs, the Water Supplies Department resumed water supply around 6 am.

Yesterday at around noon, a 150mm water pipe burst beneath the Broadwood Road sidewalk. Starting from 10 pm last night, nearby buildings suspended water supply. During this period, the department set up eight temporary water tanks and four temporary water supply vehicles to facilitate residents' access to water.
