Anti-drone nets placed on roads in Ukraine

Anti-drone nets are being placed over roads and supply routes in Kharkiv

to protect infrastructure in Ukraine's second city from the increasing threat

of Russian drone attacks.

Nets like these have been used in other locations in Ukraine

before but this is the first time they are being used in Kharkiv,

underscoring the threat level.

In northern Kharkiv, 20 miles from the border, the roads are

almost empty and the absence of traffic heightens

the sense of alertness gripping the city.

Two-day old Anna was born at the hospital during an air raid.

Her mother dreams of the day her child can grow up in peace and safety.

Sky News reports that the birthrate here has dropped

significantly since the start of the war.
