Ukraine firefighters battle wildfires in Chernobyl

Ukrainian firefighters extinguish a wildfire covering 130 hectares

in the Chernobyl exclusion zone,

the country's state emergency service says.

The Ukrainian State Emergency Service says radiation levels

in the exclusion zone remained within normal limits.

According to the service, efforts to contain three other blazes were continuing.

Firefighting operations have been complicated by a lack of nearby

water sources, requiring crews to transport water over long distances.
