A man on suspicion of threatening to bomb Admiralty MTR station on the first day of the Lunar New Year
was granted bail at 20,000 dollars and is prohibited from leaving the city.
The case was heard at the Eastern Magistrates' Courts.
The unemployed 31-year-old was charged with communicating false information regarding a bomb.
The prosecution requested an adjournment to allow for further police investigation.
This includes forensic testing on air guns seized from the defendant's residence.
The hearing is adjourned until May 5.
