The Development Bureau has put forward revised proposals for land development around Hung Hom Station and the waterfront area.
They include building twin landmark towers with the proportion of residential development raised to over 60% and that of commercial use reduced from about 57% to 33%,
Surveyors estimate the move will enhance the project's appeal.
The latest total gross floor area has increased to 206,000 square metres with development divided into two zones.
Near the existing new Hung Hom waterfront, two landmark mixed-use buildings will be constructed -- standing 184 and 236 metres tall.
The space linking the twin buildings will serve as a viewing platform overlooking Victoria Harbour with yacht berthing facilities available.
A new multi-storey car park will also be built near the Hong Kong Coliseum.
