New Huanggang Port reminds families to register online in advance

New Huanggang Port will welcome its second weekend tomorrow. The Immigration Department reminds families using the port for cross-border travel that they can register online in advance to speed up the clearance process.

Parents can use their own "Hong Kong e-Channel" mobile app to register for children aged 7 to 17 who hold a Hong Kong Identity Card. By entering the ID card number and verifying the parent-child relationship, the registration can be completed.

In addition to the mobile app, parents can also bring their children to the co-located e-Channel registration office or self-service kiosks at Huanggang Port to complete the registration.
