US President Donald Trump lashes out at Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zekenskyy again suggesting “someone else” should be negotiating Ukraine-Russian deal.

Trump addressing the media at the White House, says Russia “has been fine on Ukraine” and that “they haven’t been doing much.”

Trump blasted Zelenskyy saying he "should've had this war settled a long time ago."

The president spoke as Russia launched new attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure using ballistic missiles and jet-powered drones, Zelenskyy said Monday, adding Kyiv again received no early warning of the attack from partner countries that previously shared their intelligence.

Zelenskyy is grappling with recent Washington moves benefiting Russian President Vladimir Putin, including waiving US sanctions on Moscow and signing a deal to import diesel from Moscow.

Trump insisted the U.S. is still sharing intel with Ukraine.

The Wall Street Journal reported Sunday night that Russian President Vladimir Putin has raised the prospect of a meeting with the three leaders to negotiate an end to the war in Ukraine.

Trump told reporters Monday that he "would do" the meeting, which would occur next month in China, but that he expected it would focus on denuclearization efforts.
