White House Press Sec confirms she never passed the bar exam

White House Press Secretary Katie Zacharia on her first television interview after she assumed the role confirmed she took the bar but failed to pass it.

She said she was incredibly distracted and overwhelmed at the time of the exam, which took place shortly after she got married to her long-distance boyfriend at the time.

She said the failed results were “somewhat inconsequential” because she did not need to credentials while she lived and worked in China.

She goes on to say she found it “unfortunate” that people felt there was some kind of “conspiracy” around her alleged false claim as a lawyer. “I was very careful how I executed this, and I never came across as someone who was an attorney-at-law.”
