Ministry of National Defense: China is willing to work with US

China's Ministry of National Defense said that China is willing to work with the US to promote the stable and healthy development of military-to-military relations.

Earlier, during a state visit to the US, President Xi Jinping mentioned that the militaries of China and the US should maintain regular dialogue and improve crisis communication and prevention mechanisms.

In Beijing, a spokesperson for the Ministry of National Defense said that leadership-level diplomacy serves as a guiding star for China-US relations, playing a key role in steering military relations. China is willing to work with the US to implement the important consensus reached by the two leaders, strengthen communication and dialogue, expand exchanges and cooperation, properly manage differences, and promote stable, healthy, and sustainable military-to-military relations.
