At today's trial for the Abby Choi dismemberment case at Lung Mei Village in Tai Po, the judge says legal matters needed to be addressed with the prosecution and defence.

The court told the nine-member jury that the trial will resume on Monday once legal arguments have concluded.

The three defendants, including Choi's ex-husband Alex Kwong, his father Kwong Kau and his brother Anthony Kwong, were taken by a prison van to the High Court in the morning. Each of them is charged with murder and preventing the lawful burial of a body.
