A London judge has ruled police unlawfully searched the home of
former Prince Andrew, now known as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor,
in February during investigation into the late sex offender
Jeffrey Epstein.
Mountbatten-Windsor was arrested February 19 on
suspicion of misconduct in public office.
His lawyers had asked the High Court judge to invalidate
the warrants that allowed the search of his two homes.
Thames Valley Police said in a statement it
accepted the warrants must be quashed,
but maintained the investigation was continuing.
