Very Hot Weather and Thunderstorm Warnings both in force

The Very Hot Weather Warning is in effect. The Observatory predicts extremely hot weather today, with temperatures exceeding 35 degrees Celsius in many areas.

Today, the wind in Guangdong is weak and extremely hot. Many areas recorded temperatures above 34 degrees Celsius at noon, with Tai Po, Sai Kung, and Yuen Long Park exceeding 35 degrees Celsius.

Wong Tai Sin, Kwun Tong, Tseung Kwan O, and Kowloon City also recorded temperatures above 34 degrees Celsius.
