A U.S. federal judge has temporarily blocked the Pentagon from punishing Democratic Sen. Mark Kelly for a video that called on troops to resist unlawful orders. Kelly and five other Democratic lawmakers appeared on the video, reminding troops they don't have to obey unlawful military directives from the Trump administration.

The Trump administration says it is ending an immigration crackdown in Minnesota that led to thousands of arrests and the fatal shootings of two U.S. citizens. Border czar Tom Homan says the operation resulted in more than 4,000 arrests. (Feb 13)
