In the U.S., authorities investigating the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie released images of surveillance video showing a masked person on her porch the night she went missing.

The person appears to be wearing a handgun holster and attempts to cover the camera. The images are the first major break in the investigation to be made public.

And the National Governors Association said it will no longer hold a formal meeting with President Donald Trump later this month, after the president planned to invite only Republican governors.

Democratic governors announced on Tuesday that they would boycott a traditional dinner at the White House. (Feb 10)
