InvestHK: nearly 30 mainland and overseas firms interested in Northern Metropolis

Invest Hong Kong said nearly 30 mainland and overseas companies have expressed interest in establishing a presence in the Northern Metropolis, and the government agency is assisting with matchmaking efforts.

Alpha Lau, Director-General of InvestHK, said: “There are many types of companies, including education, international schools, and universities that want to set up operations in Hong Kong.

There are also modern logistics companies, the modern warehousing sector, as well as tourism companies. We will assist in matching large companies that need land with us.

We are assisting with matchmaking with the Development Bureau or the Innovation, Technology, and Industry Bureau.”
